EDWARD BESSER Following a brief illness, our dear husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather peacefully left us to be with his Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, March 30, 2005. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Irene; children, Mel, Arlene (Glen), Deborah (Robert), Dale (Wendy), and Howard (Jannette); eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sister Ruth Block and brother-in-law Richard Block and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 2 at 2:00 p.m. in the Zion Lutheran Church, Plumas, MB, with Pastor Richard Klein officiating. Interment will follow in the Plumas Cemetery. Donations in Edward's memory may be made to Neepawa District Palliative Care, Box 1240, Neepawa, MB R0J 1H0, or to Concordia Seminary, care of Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, Box 278, Plumas, MB R0J 1P0. Clarke's Funeral Home, Gladstone in care of arrangements.
